Description

An activity specially designed for children, featuring games and role-playing scenarios to learn key safety habits—such as alerting emergency services, protecting a victim, and responding to choking—without stress. It also covers prevention (safety at school, at home, at the pool, and on the street) and simple self-defense techniques (posture, verbal communication, and breaking free from holds). Objective: To equip children with the tools to act confidently while remaining cautious.

For the activity to take place in the best conditions, please ensure that your child wears the NDL sports uniform as well as clothing adapted to the weather.
