Gymnastics/Dance Ribbon (13th/12th)

Description

Learning small choreographies combining gymnastic movements (cartwheels, splits, lifts...) and dance movements with the use of an accessory (ribbon, hoop, pom-poms, balls...). The child works on flexibility, agility and coordination.

For the activity to take place in the best conditions, we ask that you ensure your child wears the NDL sports uniform.
