Description

A self-defense activity covering prevention, escape techniques, protection, and life-saving first aid (CPR, recovery position, hemorrhage control), as well as crisis management—including decision-making, hazard assessment, and realistic scenarios for training in real-world situations. The child becomes responsible, calm, and responsive, capable of protecting others as well as themselves.

For the activity to take place in the best conditions, please ensure that your child wears the NDL sports uniform as well as weather-appropriate clothing.
